This Messaging Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Monix Pest Control ("Monix Pest Control," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS/text messaging program (the "Program"). This Policy applies specifically to our text messaging communications and is provided in addition to, not in place of, our general company privacy practices. It is intended to comply with applicable Arizona law, including Arizona Revised Statutes § 44-1278 (unsolicited text message restrictions) and § 44-1276.01 (text message do-not-call protections), as well as the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

Mobile information and opt-in consent are collected solely for the purpose of providing the Program and are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Limited exceptions may apply where disclosure is required to operate the Program itself (for example, our SMS platform or telecommunications carrier, who process messages solely on our behalf) or where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
Monix Pest Control maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information collected through the Program from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We retain consent records and message logs for as long as necessary to operate the Program and to comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Monix Pest Control related to appointment scheduling and confirmations, service reminders, technician arrival notifications, billing and account updates, and customer service communications. Message topics are limited to the categories described above; the Program does not send general marketing content unless you separately opt in to promotional messages.
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services and account activity. You can generally expect to receive messages related to your active appointments and service history (typically 1–4 messages per month, more during active service periods).
Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be assessed by your mobile carrier depending on your plan.
By submitting your mobile number through our website, service agreement, or verbally to our staff (with written confirmation), you provide prior express consent to receive text messages from us as described in this Program. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from this Program. If you would like to rejoin, you may sign up again as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
